Summer fun

Park day

We took the kids up to our favorite park in the canyon. The boys had so much fun sending sticks down the stream and then bombing them with rocks, or "cannons" along the way. Eric was the lucky one who got to stand in the freezing cold water and catch them. Chelsea had fun playing with the ice in the cooler. She would put a huge ice cube in her mouth, spit it out on top of the cooler and play with it. It was really funny to watch. And Jovie was sitting on a towel, pulling out all the wipes. She was having so much fun! It was such a great day!

Dr visit

Jovie has been congested for 2 weeks now, and she has a miserable cough. So I took her to the dr to see what's going on. We were in the room for 20 minutes before the dr finally came in. Luckily Jovie found a friend to play with!

Jaden's first day of school

Jaden was so excited to start school today! When I went in to wake him at 7 am he was already awake. He helped me pack his lunchbox, ate breakfast, and then he ran to the bus stop with his best friend Aiden. Before I could catch up to him he was already on the bus. I didnt even get the chance to hug him goodbye. He's growing up so fast!

Utah County Fair

We went to the fair and had a blast. The kids did the raiders ride a hundred times. Running up and sliding down. Chelsea kept saying, "i did it on my own". Jaden and I did the ferris wheel and spinning apple together. We saw animals, lego trains, and restored cars. We ate cotton candy and popcorn. We stayed till just after ten. It was our grand finale to an amazing summer.
